The weather is a prime ingredient for our catering business. From planning pig roasts and catering events, to how many home-made brats, steaks, and fresh ground hamburgers are going to be grilled out this weekend from our store. We have added an in-depth weather forecast on the Pig Roast page. Tents with tables and chairs are always a good way to combat the elements. Depending on the weather, is chancy at best. More formal catered affairs will need real plates and silverware with linens. The Catering page has more information.
